Emily Kean is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and registered yoga teacher (RYT-200). Emily is an avid runner who has run a variety of races (8ks are her favorite distance). Emily discovered nutrition in middle school when wanting to become a vegetarian. Emily discovered the benefits of yoga while recovering from an injury. This experience led her to become a yoga teacher. Her passion for running, yoga, and mindfulness to nutrition and yoga. Emily enjoys sharing nutrition and yoga focused on health, injury prevention, and mindfulness.
